I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Earlier this year, our water heater’s pilot light repeatedly went out. On 3/18, the first technician diagnosed the issue as a dirty assembly, cleaned it, and left. We paid $381 for that visit. However, the problem returned within weeks. When I called again, I was told that a follow-up visit would be scheduled at no additional charge, since the issue had not been resolved. Called this morning because my AC wasn’t working. They called me right back and sent someone out within an hour. Fixed in no time. I couldn’t ask for better service. Chris was excellent. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve had a service contract with quality for 7 years and have never had a single negative experience. Last night our furnace stopped working so we called this morning and a technician came by 1:00. Identified the problem and they are putting in rush orders for the part we need first thing Friday morning even though the office is closed til Monday. Not to mention, the technicians could not be nicer or more friendly. I rarely write reviews but they’ve been so great, I had to give them credit. Highly recommend!!
