If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Salesman does not answer phone or call back . Does not respond to texts.
This place blows me away with how awful the workmanship that comes out of the service department. I will make sure to tell everyone about how bad the service is and beware stay away. 12 month warranty is just awful and you don't believe in the quality of work that come out of your shop. Disappointment for sure.
The work out of the service department is just awful. I will never recommend service at this shop ever. You should stand behind the work that comes out of the shop... 12 month is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service. They completely ghost you as soon as the car has been purchased, never to be contacted again regardless of how many times you leave messages or go down there for support.
Worst car buying expensive ever and I've bought a few cars in my life time. Ive never had this much difficulty. Even trying to get the monthly payments set up was a hassle. Not to mention my vehicle came stright from services to me and right off the bat driving home I had problems when the inspection paperwork amd people said its in great condition nothing is wrong with it. When I get an appointment set to take it in no one knows who my vehicle is going to serviced with they had me going back and fourth to 3 different shops ... read more
