The owner was disrepectful to me and my kids, telling me to leave the building for saying they were high priced/not very nice while talking to someone on the phone. She then interrupted me and stated that they wont be doing business with me. It was our first time even being there too. They wanted $250 for a 5ft kids mattress. Never will I ever refer this place to anyone. Not friendly to kids either.
We have done business with Quality Mattress for over 20 years. They have provided our whole family excellent mattresses, mattress/foam/toppers, adjustable beds. (head,foot and massage beds). Covered special project yoga mats., created travel personal roll up foam travel mattresses,, seat cushions, and RV mattresses. We approached the Quality Mattress team, checkbook in hand to have our mattress refurbished. They advised me to find out if our Englander Mattress was still under warranty after 10 years. I went through the process and they gave us a brand new mattress! The team at Quality Mattress turned away new business to do what was right. We love our bed and we are LIFETIME Englander and Quality Mattress customers! THANK YOU
