We got our roof redone by Quality Roofers and Exteriors. We had trouble with the quality of the product. Initially the wrong shingles were put on the roof. When we told the company they were the wrong color, they recognized their mistake and redid the portion of the roof that they completed. We realize mistakes happen and gratefully accepted the completion of the work. However, at the end of 2021 (December 2021) we realized our roof was leaking. Quality Masters replaced my parent's roof a few years ago. I had Aaron out to inspect their roof after the recent storms. He was very thorough and honest. I appreciate dealing with a company that values their work as well as their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing contractor.
I could not be more pleased by my experience with Quality Masters Roofing. We sustained some hail damage on our tar and gravel roof and it started leaking. The insurance company originally denied our claim and we had trouble finding roofers who were willing to take on the insurance company. I always have a problem writing bad reviews. I feel like this one is much deserved. They were scheduled to be here on a Monday. Weather was fine Monday and Tuesday. They didn’t show up till Saturday with no notice. So we were unable to cover our belongings. They broke things around our home inside and out. They ripped our dish off the roof, when remounting it they did a half butt job. We were told they would have someone come the following day to align it so we could get our service back.
