He Lorenzo did good on our gates and put antique pump in ground fixed a pop up drain. He asked for money up front for dishwasher said it cost 700 .We check on price at Home Depot they said same model He bought was 468$ Then became upset when dishwasher didn't go in without legs. said he would get legs and come back. Hired Lorenzo to do several projects and paid him half the proposal. He did a nice job replacing the screen doors and outlets, but never came back to finish the rest of the projects. I reached out to him several times, but he was either too busy, or would not respond. He owes me $125 worth of work. I asked for a refund if you was not going to do the work, but he never responded.

2 times a no show for a quote. Unfortunately. Really need help around the house and had a 10 item list ready, cash in my hand. Sorry friend. Time to move on.
