Terrible quality grades and descriptions Also customer service is completely non existent and when they do respond they are extremely rude. First and last time customer. All around terrible experience, one of the worst quality apple products I’ve ever purchased in over 15 years of sales. Would not recommend purchasing from this company unless maybe you could see the product in person first.

I would hesitate when purchasing refurbished Macbooks from this seller. I purchase a MacBook Pro 2019 six months ago and already had to deal with three major software and hardware issues. When the laptop was delivered, it would not turn on because Quality Macs forgot to reboot and reconfigure the computer, as required during the refurbishing process.
