I would hesitate when purchasing refurbished Macbooks from this seller. I purchase a MacBook Pro 2019 six months ago and already had to deal with three major software and hardware issues. When the laptop was delivered, it would not turn on because Quality Macs forgot to reboot and reconfigure the computer, as required during the refurbishing process. Our ONLY source for Macs! We use multiple apple devices (iMacs, MacBook Pros, Mac Pros and Studio Displays to name a few) and for more than 7 years now we’ve only used Quality Macs because it saves so much money compared to buying new from Apple. Always a 5 star experience!
