I’ve had nothing but professional service from Benji and his team. We have four vehicles serviced regularly there. I don’t worry about being over charged or unnecessary maintenance done.
Left my sister stranded after overfilling a Prius! The car doesn't start now! Then proceeded to stand around, arms crossed like it was her fault...and you let her pay you for your mistake! Now her Saturday is being spent waiting on a tow truck. There is plenty of evidence and this better be handled!
Somebody here better get in contact with me because you guys messed up my car. I have documentation and video of your error. My daughter in law brought my Prius in for an oil change. She drove the car in and you changed the oil. It immediately wouldn't start after the oil change. We had to leave the car there.
