To all drivers: If you're considering getting an oil change at the Quality Lube in Interlochen, you may want to think twice. We took our vehicle there for a standard oil change and the mechanic broke the valve off our tire. He didn't offer to pay for the repair or even a portion of it - didn't even offer a free oil change. Instead, we were told to just take it to the tire store. When we did, we were told that mechanics should know not to force the valve as it could be corroded.
