In the short time my husband has been a resident, they have shown him many ways to become stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally. They are so encouraging and integrate the things he loves to do as part of his therapy.
Fantastic rehab with an even better staff! I was there for just over 5 months and I highly recommend it!
Absolutely top notch rehab for TBI and SCI’s. The BEST.
My son was brought here from another rehabilitation hospital with promises of making him better, he was lucky if he got a half hour of pt a day it was more like 15 minutes, after he discharged, they stopped communicating with us, even tho they told us we could contact them if we had any questions, communication is subpar, they’re always short staffed I would look elsewhere if you’re looking for someplace to send your loved one
it started to feel like everyone was in a cult. people would get let go, quit, or just change jobs and the staff acted like nothing at all changed. even going so far as to ignore a simple question.
The quality of rehab is amazing for TBI!! But the staff is over the top!! They care so much for the residents. After a diagnosis of bed bound without neurological function to maintain a normal life, 7 months at QLI has my family member a part of society loving life 💞💞💞. Walking without his cane at times. We returned for a visit 1 year after he came home. He said he had given up on life until he met the staff there. I could never thank them enough or tell you how great they are. ❤️🙏❤️🙏 to all.
