Rude as hell
Can’t speak about the online the service, but the in-store customer service was fantastic. While unsuccessful, Jon did his best to locate a bottle I was shopping for. Even made a call to be certain! If you do your research, you’ll most likely leave with a few fair priced items.
I placed an order online for 2 bottles of Three Olives Triple Shot Expeesso Vodka. The total for the order was over $85 with shipping. I finally received the order and I was sent 2 bottles of Three Olives Expeesso Vodka and not the Triple Shot Expeesso. When I placed the order I researched the web until I found the exact item I wanted. My order confirmation also has the photo of the items that I ordered.
