Customer service is horrible. You order a cab, they'll tell 3 weeks. When you call after 4 weeks, you get attitude, and talked to like you're lying. When the cab finally showed up, the roof rack was incomplete. Was told it was going to be in in 2 weeks. It's been 6 weeks. Called, got the same attitude, and that they would't have told me 2 weeks. Go the extra 20 miles to a more respectable place who will appreciate your business.

We called around to just about every limo service in the area- and were about to give up because every company had serious issues (wouldn't do contracts, no guarantee to show up, etc.). We are so lucky to have found Quality Limousine! The car was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Our driver, Micky, provided the highest level of service, and provided an excellent experience for our grandmothers, which was a big concern for us (they are in their 90's and one is in a wheelchair). Highly recommend this company!
