I had a great experience with Quality Life Services. I made an inquiry after business hours by email and got a prompt reply the next business day. Bought face masks and found out that the wire nose piece was not strong enough to provide a proper fit to protect against air borne particles such as Covid 19. They would not accept a return because the package was now open and seven days had lapsed. Unless you open and try a mask you would not be aware that they would be ineffective of providing proper protection. I visited Nairn the store this afternoon. The lady staff member was very helpful. She sold me what I came for. But she also taught me about their products and advantages of their products over the one we already bought at a drugstore. She invited me to return and promised to assist us further.

They had the product we were looking for at a third of the price as the online quote. Shop local and support our small businesses. We could actually buy 3.
