I would like to share that Quality Life Home Care is one of the best agencies in home care. Their family approach and team effort have meant all the difference. Management is always available, call Kari or Matt anytime and they will answer. The wages are some of the best in the area for home care nursing. Best Yet!!!

Can be very rude and doesn't answer after hours when we did business (there was no afterhour staff #s provided besides owner in the beginning) and denied shifts being covered (*without* going into overtime) also part of their contract stated you cannot hire their staff within 5 years of leaving so make sure your staff fully quits if you'd like them to transfer. Each homecare has it's quirks however this company was a complete nightmare (All issues resolved once we left).

Our experience with Quality Life Home Care has been nothing but over the top. They put the family and child (patient) first. Home care can be a challenging environment. You have the crossing of boundaries of private/employment/regulations. Quality Life Home Care respects the family’s home and expectations.
