I am not a patient, however I am a caregiver of a disable man that needed a doctor to take over his medical care. (his doctor at Asante left) has well as his pain management care. Due to his disabiltiy, from a back injury he is in constant pain, unable to walk by himself, and has multiple of other health issues. Every time I have been in to see Darlina Pike she has listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She has provided care that is tailored to me individually. I do not feel like I am just a paycheck to her. Michelle is so sweet and always helpful.
Without this place, I have no idea who what where and why, this place saved MY LIFE! This by fast has been the best doctors office BY FAR.
My experience with Dr. Darlena Pike was not a pleasant one. I arrived for my appointment on Nov 29, 2023 and was met with rude behavior from the receptionist Michelle. I had called a couple weeks prior to advise her that a fax they were supposed to send out for medication had not been received, but she had not followed through and refaxed it. Thomas Heth – Apr 14, 2021 Darlena saved my life...! After visits to Valley imediate care and Asante emergency room resulted in mis diagnosis...I reached out to her by email at 3am in morning. She got back to me and had me in her office by 7am! I was absolutely miserable would have died within a day or so...I was suffering from Heart failure.
