We have used this service for over 20 years. This month we received our bill and it was $10.00 higher. This is not over a $10.00 raise, but rather the lack of communication and professionalism. They failed to give any notice, not on the previous bill or the bill with the raise. This has happened in the past and we would note to them they need to give proper notice. We live at Oak Hurst Place and have used this service through a contract with the HOA for about 7 YEARS. The main objection is they treat you as if you worked for them instead of the other way around. Also they do what they want to do when they want to. They are disrespectful and never own a problem but blame you. I just read some emails sent by them to another party where they basically committed libel against us. So, we are finally giving them the review they deserve.
