My wife received a quote from Ben and she questioned the amount and told him we're on a fixed income (retired) and wanted to discuss it. His terse and demeaning comment that maybe a "neighborhood kid would likely be a lot more affordable" is very elitist for the Waynesboro area. If you want to be frugal and ask questions steer clear of this company. So disrespectful. BTW - we're NOT poor bums asking for a handout.
Had an appointment set up for an estimate. Left work early to meet them and they canceled on me after I had already left work. They wanted to reschedule for another time when I would have to leave work and I told them not to worry about it, I would find someone else. Very irritating.
Quality mulch at a reasonable price. Very nice establishment and friendly staff to deal with.
