The owner didn't open the store on time for black Friday (8 am). Then, when I was going to buy an expensive watch for Christmas and they guy wouldn't even help me. I was looking for something fairly specific and I got a comment of "go look over there." I'm sure he had a good breakfast because that was definitely more important than a paying customer. If service is what you need, this is NOT the place for it.
