My husband brought in a bracelet that had broken and needed repair. Everyone he talked to and worked with was very kind, however, the repaired bracelet broke in the same place within an hour of putting it back on…just fell apart with no tension being put on it. Definitely disappointed in now having to bring it somewhere else to have the same repair redone.
I had a good experience at Quality Jewelry Design & Repair! They were able to fix my watch as if it were brand new and it looked exactly like how it was originally. Very good service too, as the lady working there is incredibly nice.
I had an absolutely great experience getting my watches resized here, it was extremely quick, affordable and high quality service. They are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this establishment for any of your jewelry needs. Easily deserves 5 stars.
