My husband purchased my engagement ring at Quality Jewelers 15 years ago. He also purchased my wedding band a few years later. I recently had to adjust the size of my engagement ring. Paul, Phyllis and the jeweler provided professional, and quick customer service.
Will never do Business at this place . Went in to buy a ring for my God daughter. The guy look up at us didn't acknowledged us . I guess he didn't think we had the means to make a purchase surprise. I was taught to support your local own businesses.. I guess that kinda hard when you can't get waited on .. Don't recommend this store ...
Quality was my jeweler of choice for the 3 years I lived in Visalia. They had great quality, beautifully designed pieces, fair prices, treated me like I spent $1 million there every year, and became genuine friends. I knew that I could always trust what they told me about the quality and value of any piece I contemplated buying. And their custom work was also first-rate in both design and execution. I've been gone from Visalia for 5 years now, and Quality Jewelers is one of the few things I still miss!
