I met with Donnie. He showed some of the house. He's not a high pressure salesman, which I appreciate. Apparently, their homes are customizable.
Jacobson Homes are crap for the money. There is absolutely no quality at all. The materials used are poor quality, the assembly is poor quality, they are totally not worth today’s prices. I purchased a modular home in 2022, the home cost $210,000, but I look at the lack of quality now that I am actually in this house and think it is worth about $100,000. There are even issues with the septic and the AC that can’t keep up. Oh, and they charged us $5000 for a driveway that we never got because we live in a rural area. It is so... read more
