Matt quickly adjusted the head I had called about and also adjusted another head I requested where the water was flowing and not needed. He again checked another zone and saw where another head had a leak and water was flowing out onto the sidewalk. He said this was an head that was put on back in 2002 when I had the system installed. The head was quickly replaced and was checked to see if working properly. Before leaving Matt checked to see if all heads were working to my approval. Matt was also professional and courteous.
Matt and Javier came early and did a great job. They replaced heads, adjusted other heads and will be back soon to fix another zone. Very pleased with their work.
I've had several companies, and all were awful but for Wilcox. This company is great and all the techs really know their stuff. Thank you, thank you!
