Wilcox installed my sprinkler system and it seems fine. The issue is their front office staff. Every time I call to schedule a maintenance visit--which is at least twice a year to turn on/off the system--the clerk is so incredibly rude. First, they should not take offense when customers don't know how their process works (instead just explain it without the indignation).
