Completely UNRELIABLE...only consistency is NO SHOW. We had initially agreed to a Monday appointment at 12pm; when he didn't show up I called to inquire about the no show, and he said that his notes showed the appointment for Thursday, between 11am and noon. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and rearranged our schedules so we could meet this second agreed upon time. Well, it's Thursday, and he never showed up.
