David was awesome and gave me all the details I didn’t know I needed as a first time home buyer! You can tell he has a ton of knowledge from doing this for 20+ years. He is very friendly and got the report back to me within two hours on a Friday afternoon. I thought the cost was pretty standard and not expensive for the inspection I got on a two story, 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome. Highly recommend!
