The staff here are 5 star quality. From manager Joyce, who personally looks after the well-being of her guest specifically during difficult times, say i f someone made a reservation for the nite a storm was coming through, she would personally reserve their room so Noone is stuck with no place for the to lay there heads down in a safe location. 5 stars to all staff here!!!
The fourth floor smelled like pot. When we got to the room, it smelled like cigarettes.
