Pam at the front desk was an absolute delight! Wonderful service and great hospitality! Definitely will stay here again!
Got there late February 19th 2026. nice service (on night shift), nice room but noticed a dead cockroach in freezer of the little fridge. Later on found bed bugs. Got up early to eat their fake breakfast and the lady that would not identify herself at the front desk because she was rude. She tells me that she's going to charge me for that extra plate of food. The room was okay. The breakfast was unacceptable. Unfriendly and unhelpful attendant, lukewarm coffee, barely warm eggs and sausage, no bread. Seriously, this is the best you can do??
Went on February 2nd. First room, 118, heater didn't work. Used the bathroom. Floor was filthy. Was moved to room 121. Heater works. Bathroom floor, filthy. Walls, dirty and I do mean dirty. It's a good thing I am only staying one night. I'll wait to get home to get a shower. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the personnel were very good.
