Just got back from staying there for three nights the first floor. Looks like it’s been a complete renovation. Very nice laminate floors new beds. The rooms were nice. The pool was nice. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Very convenient location. They’ve made a lot of changes over the years and they’re heading in the right direction. This is better than most hotels I have stayed in.
David the front desk man is the best part of the place
Unbelievable with excellent customer service. Kind staff. Extra clean & bright. Rooms are exactly as they look. Good pricing. The pool & hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again when we come to Waterloo.
Nice place bed was not the best was my only complaint just was awful squeaky which was a little annoying
