Quality Inn Van Horn

This hotel is a solid, quiet stop along the way, especially after a full day of driving. The price was very fair, and the room was comfortable for getting a good night’s rest. My only suggestion for management is regarding breakfast hours. Extending breakfast by at least 30 minutes would make a big difference for travelers. When driving across state lines, time zone differences can be confusing, making it easy to miss the morning cutoff. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Was traveling to go to my sister’s funeral service. Had my child with me. Picked this place specifically based on its reviews. Was excited. Arrived very late / early in the morning. There was massive rain that slowed my travel. I had called the front and advised them of this early in the day. Once I arrived, their system would not let them check me in because it was too late. I still would’ve checked out at the appropriate time. Really just wanted somewhere to sleep for a bit. Was very disappointed.
