Gentle staff
Good hotel, clean and comfortable bed. Not much of a selection for breakfast however. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. Waffle was delicious. No sugar free syrup. Good coffee.
Front desk is through of a computer. Our bathroom wasn't working, our phone in our bedroom wasn't working as well when we tried to contact and report the issue. We had to go back to the front desk and reported, it was cold and windy and you need to walk outside to get to the front desk from the bedrooms. They gave us another room, it was better but the toilet was dirty 🥴. So our tip for the people who is in charge of the cleaning was lower this time😔 because our bedroom smelled awful. I would give a 3.5 ⭐ but unfortunately not an option. First came in to check in today 12/30/25 at 0130 am and when I walked in did not see a front desk clerk. Instead to my surprise, first time ever from traveling all over I had to check in through a machine that had Victor over the monitor who greeted me, kinda of like a zoom conference. From there Victor assisted me with the checking in process. He was able to negotiate with me on the price of the room cause, personally I would not stay for $140 a night at a motel.
