The location is great. Very convenient to great local restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is good. They are pet friendly. Almost all good.The owner needs to spend money on his building. The building is falling apart. The breakfast is as cheap as the owner can possibly buy. We bought breakfast after trying the free breakfast our first day here. Gross. This place deserves a better owner for a better rating.
