We were visiting MO so stayed here for one night. This place is so dirty , rooms are dirty, bathroom taps are broken, wash basins were leaking etc. rooms are too small too. Manager is rude lady. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

This was the second hotel within a handful of feet where I came in and explained that I was local and had been victim to domestic violence repeatedly tonight because I was local. I was told that I would have to pay a $250 cash deposit which I did not have. I said put whatever you have to on my legitimate card but while being assaulted I did not have time to grab cash from the house to which there was no care or consideration. Made my kids move to another room after someone there made a " boo boo " what the?? I would have told you " no " and I told them that. They were right in front of the pool before you moved them to the back of the stinkin building The toilet wasn't bolted down so it rocked side to side when you went to wipe. Come on people! That's not what I call quality

I checked in for my 3 night stay and went to the room, it has a bad odor but I wasn’t going to spend much time in the room so that didn’t bother me. Night time came and I woke up at 3am with bites on my wrist and shoulders. I immediately checked the mattress and found a bed bug under the mattress protector. I put it in a zip lock bag and took it to the front desk clerk.
