The room was clean the bathroom was clean do a person at the front desk very polite the location was great we'll come back again
We checked in at 5pm for a golf tournament the next day and I have NEVER experienced a more rude and unpleasant front desk clerk than we did yesterday.We travel extensively for business, about 200 days a year,and can look over someone having a bad day but the lady we experienced was far too comfortable with her horrible attitude.We are the highest of tiers with Choice Hotels and this particular associate will definitely leave a bad taste with our whole group.
If I could give negative stars this would be a -5. They had bugs, (that I could see). The room had a musty smell. Their was a "pill" on the ground to welcome me right at the room door. No towels in the room and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk to ask for towels, the phone didnt work. I used my phone to call the front desk, and of course they want me to walk a couple hundred yards in the dimly lit parking lot on my walker or cane to get towels at 11:00 at night. It's a scam. I booked this hotel from Priceline, granted it was cheap. I paid $79. I get there. Laura was assisting me at the front desk. The first room was a double bed. We ordered a king bed. We switch rooms. The second room was filthy. Dog hair on the sheets and mattress. Yellow stains and blood stains on the sheets the bed wasn't even made properly. We change rooms again.
