Some rooms were under renovation. Our was supposed to be completed. Cable didn't work. Called got a new box. That one didn't work so no TV. Our King suite had a sleeper sofa for our daughter (told it was only room available) no mattress on the bed. Only 1 sufficient pillow and 3 decorative.
Absolute nightmare of a stay but I guess you get what you pay for 🙄 Writing this as I’m still at the hotel but it is 9:36 pm and my husband just walked to the car to grab an item we left and there was a homeless woman directly in front of our door in the grass … defecating. There was also no toilet paper when we got here and no bathtub drain plug after we specifically requested a room with a bathtub because we needed to bath our toddler. The hotel was convenient to the interstate and food options. Other than that, it was terrible. I had to ask for soap and toilet paper. Our fitted sheet had a giant black spot in the middle of it and it had flakes of black substance coming off of it. It looked like the bed had been made without the sheets or blanket having been washed. I overheard the women working at the check-in desk telling someone else that they were short on housekeeping staff but that doesn't excuse filthy sheets. Booked this hotel from the deceiving photos they have posted. The place looks nothing like that and the room was awful. The box springs had huge stains on them, none of the plugs in the room worked, the tv volume didn’t work and the overall feel of this place was very unsafe. We left shortly after getting into our room and went to another hotel. Do not recommend. Have photo of the stained bed but it doesn’t give me the option to post it in the review.
