Over all good location easy to get in and out of driveway
Assigned room 227, which was obviously an out of commission room (no toilet seat, no fridge in designated spot, AC didnt work). After reporting this to the front desk, we were given 229. Upgrade from previous room, but I had to go back to the front desk because there were no towels. In the morning there was no coffee or cups& if there was, I wouldn’t have used it because the machine looked nasty.
Very disappointed. I stayed here a few years ago and had a pretty good experience, but unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. The room was dirty, there was no toilet paper, no soap, and only one towel. The TV wasn’t working either. I also tried the breakfast, but honestly, it wasn’t worth going for. It’s frustrating to come back to a place you remembered being nice and find it in this condition. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be rushing back. Very disappointing.
