I was a guess in room 215 and had a problem with my room and the Manager and Staff was so amazing that they gave me an upgrade on my room and apologize and told me if there is anything else that I need don't hesitate to come to the front and advise them...
Rooms are dirty has roaches. As a single lady not safe staying there people outside that look to be cookers drinks outside at night never have towels have to go get bathroom very small had no hot water.. no breakfast to speak of.... do not recommend.
Some rooms were under renovation. Our was supposed to be completed. Cable didn't work. Called got a new box. That one didn't work so no TV. Our King suite had a sleeper sofa for our daughter (told it was only room available) no mattress on the bed. Only 1 sufficient pillow and 3 decorative.
