Great location, and staff were great. No complaints there. This is a 'budget' hotel - so nobody was expecting a 5 star room. When it rained, and we had a drip coming from the ceiling, that's a problem - a functional roof is pretty bare minimum for hotel standards, and they didn't have that.
I love this Hotel. I stay here every time I come to town!! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will bring my business back here next time I come to town.
This hotel was DISGUSTING. It had a terrible smell and was visibly dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I drove from two hours away during a power outage only to be told I wouldn’t receive any type of refund when were greeted by some really creepy bugs and a mystery human body fluid…. Or ketchup???…either way.. GROSS. When I went to speak to the front desk, Nessie said and I quote “if I changed a guests room every time they found a bug or dirty sheet we wouldn’t have any rooms” take that for what you will but again….G... read more
This hotel is absolutely disgusting, Nessy the front desk worker is extremely rude and treats customers with extreme disrespect. When speaking to the owner Harry he didn’t seem to care because workers are hard to find. If you are in the Toledo area find any other hotel to experience the town. This one will leave a very sour impression. I hope choice hotel rips their name off this hotel!
