After booking my reservation, I came across some reviews that made me question my decision. There were comments about bed bugs, room and bedding not being clean, very uncomfortable beds, and questions about safety. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very nice. She assured me they had not had any bed bug problems. However, it was sprung on me that I had to pay a $100 deposit (Checked out on Sat and it should clear back to my account by Tuesday). Good clean value
I just spoke to the desk clerk (foreign lady) at this location. I have a daughter staying there. The woman proceeded to yell and curse at me about calling more than once. I’m very disappointed.
Very accommodating to me, Very Safe Very helpful front desk, Breakfast is good & Very attentive staff.
