This has been one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve ever had. I will never book with Quality Inn again. I want to warn anyone considering staying here in the future—please stay away. This hotel has bed bugs and is filled with filth. The condition of the room was unacceptable—honestly, not even an animal should have to stay in conditions like that. Well the guy at the counter told me I couldn't come back because my service dog slept in the bed with me and that people with allergies could not handle it sooooo I believe it's more than that he's just stupid
Clean room and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable. Great place for a one night stay.
