The color of our lights were different.The sheets for our bed were stained with blood as well as ripped. The floors throughout the building needed deep cleaning as well as vacuuming. The towels were stained, what what looked like urine, and were discolored. The water pressure in the shower were very low. The pool also was unavailable, which was disappointing. Overall disappointed with this stay. Didn’t feel like I could walk on the floors with my bare feel or use any of the towels or use the sheets.

Dirty- unkept- disappointing!! I wouldn’t recommend. This place needs new management or ownership or complete remodel!. The outside had weeds around the building so tall I don’t think they’ve done anything all year. The inside was so dirty and looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.Just gross! A/C unit in my room was so old I couldn’t even push some of the buttons. A/C didn’t work and the fan was so loud I had to shut it off so I tried the fan button but it wouldn’t budge. No where does it say that the pool is not functioning. If u are preparing to bring kids for a little something extra. Make sure its functioning at that time to even consider it. It was emptied completely n disgusting. The rooms were questionable. Shower stall had tons of soap scum on the sliding door. Dirty. I had a reservation for tonight 8/28 and found bed bugs! They were still letting people check in after I told them and said I needed a refund! Don't stay here!!!

Worst staff, specially Indian lady who works in morning. She doesn’t know to behave with customers. Always busy over phone, no refills done during breakfast. Night shift receptionist was nice - she was able to help and accommodate hospitality.
