Terrible customer service. I called to ask about room pricing, and the representative gave inconsistent information, saying the rooms were sold out while still telling me to come in to check prices. When I asked for a price breakdown, he hung up on me. It was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Great experience overall. The staff was helpful and the accommodations were excellent.
I travelled 11 hours with a four year old and this place was so disgusting. It smelled terrible as well. When I told them I wanted to check out immediately after to checking in for what was supposed to be a three day stay. They refused to refund me my money. Now I’m 11 hours away from home and I was supposed to be celebrating my birthday that just passed and my first time in Georgia. Never again
