This is a decent place if your primary goal is affordability. Front desk staff are friendly but I encountered a couple of gnats in the breakfast nook. Room was clean and bed was mostly comfy but nothing to get too excited about. The toilet in our room was loose and wobbly and the fridge made a clunky noise all day and night. Breakfast was alright but not great. Stairwell doors seemed to have some water damage. Nothing crazy, but just kind of unsightly.

Would be a 5, but Ice Machine on 3rd floor was out of order. Looked like it had been so quiet a while by looking of note. Had to go all the way down to 1st floor for ice and then back up. And then breakfast was pretty good ( better than I've seen at most discount hotels - eggs, sausage- biscuits- cereal - danish- oranges Coffee was good strength, but the cups were a bit small. Manager needs some serious training, the poor guy at the front desk is afraid to have a thought of his own due to how aggressive she is. But then again with Mary being who she is, that's not surprising.
