We had a great stay at Quality Inn! The rooms was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was amazing and very welcoming. My daughter and I were traveling to Florida and were trying to stay within a budget, so we really appreciated the great value and the kindness we received. Vinney kumber was especially helpful and friendly when we had an issue with the TV. He went out of his way to help us and even printed the channel list for us. The front desk service was so helpful while my stay at this hotel and the staff especially harish was so friendly
Absolutely disgusting!! Would rate zero if possible. Entire building smelled of curry and pickles. A/C leaked water everywhere. Bathroom fan falling off ceiling. COCKROACHES were found crawling on the floor. Carpet's were stained. Paint and wall damage through out the hallways
Excellent customer service, above and beyond! Clean rooms, lobby, cafe. Highly recommended, family friendly. We travel to Salem often, this is our first (only) choice. Very close to highway, shopping, food.
