I had some second thoughts about this hotel due to the mixed reviews I had read. But let me tell you, this place is great. Super clean lobby, spotless room. The ladies at the desk were phenomenal. So nice, pleasant & helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Absolutely will stay here anytime we travel this way on our motorcycle.

If you would like to stay at a place where you have ants crawling on you while you sleep, needles in the parking lot, and the staff falls asleep while working this is the place for you. However this is Worst place to stay the staff at the front desk named alexa to check in gave us our key and told us the room would be good to go in an hour however we waited for 2 and half hours later to give them time to get our room ready. I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Robbinsville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. A special thank you to Elaine, who made the experience exceptional. Giving 3 stars because the room is clean and that means a lot. The room is small and the hot water isn’t currently working. I was told, after checking in, unpacking and trying to take a warm shower, that they are down 1/2 of their hot water heaters and getting hot water is hit or miss until they get the repair done.
