One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a hotel GM, and this was unacceptable. Checked in late by the GM—unprofessional appearance, sitting the entire time, no hospitality. Room wasn’t what I booked, but I let it go. The bathroom was filthy—mold, feces, dried urine. I called down and was told “that’s not possible,” and he refused to come look. No apology, no accountability. I checked out within minutes and he still refused to refund me. Completely unprofessional. Stay away.
I stayed here the night of April 16, 2026, with my friends. We arrived late at night, and the gentleman checking us in was great! We had a 2 Queen Beds & Sofa Bed room. The room was spacious and had some unique furniture, which was cool. The room had a microwave and fridge, with a newer TV. Walls are paper thin. If you're looking for peace and quiet. Do not come here.
I have stayed here twice and overall it has met my needs. I am usually traveling solo and my only need is a clean hotel room, quiet area and a decent breakfast. I have found twice over my stays the property to be consistent. It's definitely not the most modern or most up to date hotel, but for what I need (a place to sleep) it meets my needs. In the bathroom there is pee all down the toilet, there are stains on the couch and some stuff on the wall. Also some stuff on the desk and air conditioner. Wasn't really clean. The staff is fantastic and the amenities are good though, but rooms need to be cleaned more.
