Very clean and comfortable. Clerk at the desk was friendly but half asleep. Told me the wrong room number. I went to someone else room. Very embarrassing!!
I just want to say the mattresses are so comfy. I have back problems and have been going to a chiropractor. I stayed here one night and no pain. The shoulder pain i had for the last 2 months is gone along with my lower back I pain for years. I have a very expensive mattress and it is terrible. Does anyone know the name of the mattresses they use?
We stayed at the quality &suites in Port Huron for two days. We first got there the room was disgusting. I had to buy disinfectant wipes to clean everything off. There was dog shit on the floor so they didn’t clean. The pool was disgusting Had white shit floating at the bottom when we asked if it could be clean The guy at the desk told us his boss manager would clean it in the morning. The rooms were decent, and the beds were comfortable, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. The biggest problem was the noise. Kids were running up and down the halls all day and all night, and you could hear people yelling constantly. I went to the front desk and let them know what was going on. They told me they would handle it, but nothing changed. I also didn’t like the way the front desk treated me when I asked for extra amenities.
