The room is good for what you expect for the price. The night shift staff member name Nelson, or at least that's what I could understand through the glass, will not sell you anything out of concessions because it won't fit through the little glass window. He will tell you to go to the vending machines which have no return quarters for you, then he will proceed to tell you that he will have to wait on management to look at the cameras I assume to check your honesty. The rooms were clean only thing that’s bad is the shower water gets really hot and it steams so if you want to take a hot bath or hot shower, you can’t take it for long or the smoke alarm will go off… no complaints on the water just the smoke alarm
Very loud, the hotel is full of construction workers had a truck outside of my room door that let it run with very loud exhaust for 15 minutes at 3:30 am . Parking is horrible. Too loud of a place to sleep
Do Not Stay at this hotel!!!! I checked in on 9/23/24. Had to have them clean a part of carpet that had thrown up or shit that was there from before I checked in 🤮. I didn't get no kind of service till a week later and they had me get out of the room like three hours. Then for things to go missing!!! During my recent one-night stay at this hotel, I found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was good, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. However, there was a minor issue with the door handle from the inside, which kept detaching when we tried to exit. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who were appreciative and assured me that it would be fixed promptly.
