Been staying her going on a month. Hadn't had my room done in 4+ days and complained to the front desk only to have them spread trash in my room and send text messages to my job and say the room was trashed. Never had a complaint made before I made a complaint on the housekeeping. The manager then started to harass me calling and sending me text messages. Do Not Stay at this hotel!!!! I checked in on 9/23/24. Had to have them clean a part of carpet that had thrown up or shit that was there from before I checked in 🤮. I didn't get no kind of service till a week later and they had me get out of the room like three hours. Then for things to go missing!!! Had to go my self to office for clean towels or toilet paper since no service was provided. There's roaches, n don't clean properly. The door wouldn't close right and had trouble always going in. During my recent one-night stay at this hotel, I found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was good, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. However, there was a minor issue with the door handle from the inside, which kept detaching when we tried to exit. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who were appreciative and assured me that it would be fixed promptly.
Was a horrible experience I do not recommend this location. I work in the refineries for a shutdown during the day. The last thing I want is an unpleasant stay. They hit me with $84 charge for bath towels they accused me of taking. Being accused of stealing bath towels is CRAZY!!!! Save you some money and find a better option not to mention the manager was extremely rude & unprofessional doing this whole ordeal. As for outstanding bill they will never see a dime.
A lifesaver after Beryl displaced me and my doggy daughter from HTX, leaving us with no power for a week. Friendly staff, efficient rooms for a stay that was longer than I planned.
