An extremely good value for a two-night stay. The two young women whom we encountered at the receptionist desk were each professional, personable, and efficient. The morning breakfast was varied, hot and cold. The room was serviceable. It's close to the Jack Brooks airport and convenient to mid-county, Port Arthur, and Beaumont. I'd stay here again.

I've stayed in lots of motels over the years, and this was the most disappointing by far. The room and bed were malodorous, the furniture stained, the fixtures shabby and in poor repair, the tub was grungy and rust stained, and the toilet flush was weak, clogging twice in one overnight stay. But my biggest complaint is with management: we had booked a four night stay, but during the first night there we experienced a family emergency that meant we had to cut our stay in the area short. Absolutely terrible place. The room I got stinks, feels like some smoked just before I checked in. The worst hotel I saw here...

First and foremost, I am far from a reviewer or one to blog or even talk about an establishment online, good or bad. Here was my scarry and creepy experience at the quality inn off memorial drive. Checking in was pleasant the lady was very helpful, aside from her bewildering that my name was spelt like a man would, I assured her that was the way I spelt my name. Very unpleasant stay... the hotel in general is run down. The whole 2nd floor smelled like fried fast food, there were portable dehumidifiers in the hallway, and my room smelled like mildew. There was obvious signs of water damage, and periodically throughout the night I heard some kimd of audible alert chime from the hallway, likely a full reservoir alert coming from the portable dehumidifiers. When I left in the morning, the elevator was in locked on the 1st Floor. I will pass this place up next time
