First and foremost, I am far from a reviewer or one to blog or even talk about an establishment online, good or bad. Here was my scarry and creepy experience at the quality inn off memorial drive. Checking in was pleasant the lady was very helpful, aside from her bewildering that my name was spelt like a man would, I assured her that was the way I spelt my name. Very unpleasant stay... the hotel in general is run down. The whole 2nd floor smelled like fried fast food, there were portable dehumidifiers in the hallway, and my room smelled like mildew. There was obvious signs of water damage, and periodically throughout the night I heard some kimd of audible alert chime from the hallway, likely a full reservoir alert coming from the portable dehumidifiers. When I left in the morning, the elevator was in locked on the 1st Floor. I will pass this place up next time
This place is infested with bed bugs! We had rented four rooms and all of them had them. Mold was everywhere and the place is just run down. Dont waste your time or money!
Nice hotel service is great breakfast is bland. Still great service.
