Good staff great place to stay around Utica and room service was good 😊.
Imagine driving 2 hours to a hotel you’d booked over a month ago, showing up at 9:30 at night, with your family and young children in the car, only to be told your reservation was cancelled. This is precisely what happened to my family and I. The very rude man at the reception desk simply declared, we called you, we cancelled, we have no rooms, turned around and walked away. Spent last night here. The staff was very helpful at checkin as we were just discharged from hospital and needed a place to shower and sleep for the night Comfy quiet room with a nice breakfast. Hotel is tucked back in a quiet area
