Anyone can order them online for $200 this is extremely disappointing that brand name like quality inn would have a hotel policy that requires you to brake a federal law to stay at its hotels...
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, but unfortunately the positive experience ended there. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was extremely dirty, covered in yellow stains, dead roaches, and even someone else’s driver’s license and cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t any better, the shower had hair in it, clearly not cleaned. Later that night, a roach crawled onto my bed and woke me up, which was completely unacceptable. My experience here was awesome, the young lady Ms. Cheni Curry was exceptional friendly and had such a beautiful attitude as well as all the staff that I met , the food was great I would definitely stay here again.
It was nice. When you walk in, it is very welcoming and smells clean. When we got to our room, there was hair in the tub, also on the counter. The shower was stopping up, and would not clear for over 2 hrs.! The breakfast is HORRIBLE! Their "kitchen" is a closet that they renovated... The lady cooked everything, (eggs, sausage, grits, etc.) in an air fryer, and in a microwave.... not the greatest hotel breakfast.
