Miss Diane was probably the most kind, energetic, companionate and sympathetic person I have ever come across in all my hotel staying years. She was generally concerned about how to make our night better in anyway she could. Her mood literally lifted our spirits and made us instantly feel like we were the main concern she had and just made it feel like we were coming home. She deserves a promotion or some Recognition at least for her 100%. The world needs more Diane’s. Thank you! ❤️❤️
