Staff is super nice and helpful rooms are cleaned daily I have 0 complaints
I stayed at the Quality Inn Suites for my first time in Gonzalez, Louisiana. Kim is the manager and she answered all my questions when I called and was very professional and nice. I stayed Saturday and Sunday. The rates were great and the hotel and my room were very clean and presentable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was much larger than I had expected. The breakfast was delicious. The room was pretty clean and comfy! But they didn't specify online they charge a $25 fee for checking in before 3pm. Absolutely no pool even though it says there is and showed photos of one :/
Safe and friendly staff will stay again
