Staff were helpful. The rooms were generally clean and bathroom showed no sign of mold on grouts. However, the hallways and stairs appeared to be not cleaned and the room stinks! It smelled like unclean feet! Have to install a car freshner on the AC vent to alleviate the smell.
The evening staff are the rudest , unhelpful staff I think I’ve ever encountered!!! On the site it stated free breakfast and there isn’t !!!!
The room was very nice, I had no typical issues at all with this business. I was completely satisfied.
Booking.com had decent reviews so I figured I give it a try due to being close to the airport for my early flight.. when I arrived I was immediately taken back by the exterior but again figured we would give it a shot and maybe it was just “older”. We unloaded our items and went inside to our room and immediately walked back out. The hallway floors were dirty, the room had an odd stench to it, and was extremely outdated.
