My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It features dedicated truck parking for 18-wheelers, and there is a Walmart within walking distance, which was highly convenient for us. Our room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It was an amazing stay!! The owners and workers were all so very kind! I mean seriously went out of their way to help and that's hard to come by. Room was very clean and beds were nice and comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through. They are great with children as well!! Book your room here and you won't regret it! Also so nice having Walmart right beside the hotel!!

Here’s a more polished, detailed version that stays factual while conveying your disappointment: I’m honestly not sure how this is the top-rated hotel in town. We were very disappointed with our stay. For $91 a night, we were greeted by an 80° room that smelled musty. Was an excellent place to stay. Room was very big and clean lady at checkout was very nice. Breakfast was typical hotel. It was good. Clean hotel not busy. Was a little difficult to find. Worth it. Definitely stay again .convenient Walmart was next door and several restaurants close

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there appeared to be very little activity in the building, which immediately raised concerns. When we checked in, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the hotel’s systems and struggled to assist us efficiently.
