Je recommande pour l'emplacement et le style colonial de l'hôtel, mais pas pour le service Les plus : hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter le centre historique de la Nouvelle Orleans (quartier français, french market, etc). La ligne de tramway n° 12 (streetcar vert) s'arrête juste en face de l'hôtel et vous amène directement à Canal Street. I thought the room was very modern looking and it smelled and looked clean during the entire stay. Staff was great and polite. Was missing some essentials from the exercise room but ppl enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There's also some furry residents who lounge outside like this is the Dominican Republic lol but they're friendly. 🐈 There's 2 fast food restaurants right outside the hotel and a seafood restaurant attached. I enjoyed my stay.

Great inexpensive hotel in a fantastic uptown location. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the rooms and they have safe secure parking as well

We just got back from staying here and I would not recommend. We had 6 rooms booked amongst friends and majority of us had issues with check in, the room needing repairs, no a/c, etc. It is very old, the bathrooms aren’t in the best shape and the rails on the second floor are a hazard. Everything seems to be falling apart. The manager, Brett was terrible to deal with and gave us attitude the whole time. The receptionists’ were very polite, but unfortunately the manager ruined it for us.
