The front desk staff were great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I was on the first floor right next to the pool. Only issue was kids screaming in the pool at 8am woke me up. Would prefer pool opened at 9am with many rooms so close to the pool.
Horrible,, horrible, horrible! This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We checked in on February 13th for 4 nights . When we got there to check in, we were told we were in a king room which is not what we booked but it wasn’t the hotels fault since we booked through booking.com. It was 4 of us(2 couples). They told us that they couldn’t do anything for us because they were sold out. Stayed here over Mardi Gras weekend. Air conditioner was broken and never fixed, no hot water for showers, tepid at best, light fixtures not secured to the wall. We were assigned a third floor walk up room with no access to call the front desk. Multiple notifications were made about the ac without any sort of fix, not even an offer of a fan. Terrible night!
Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right on the Mardi Gras parade route, which made the experience unforgettable. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay during a hectic time of the year!
Extremely kind staff. Made us feel comfortable and safe. Super clean rooms and accommodating cleaning attendants. Very accessible for all. Overall great experience. Trace was amazing to all that stayed.
