This is hands down the best place I've stayed so far. I am here all the time staying somewhere new each time but if it's available here I will be booking here. The pool was great after a long day of exploring. Everyone that works there is very friendly!

Very nice and clean. Everyone was helpful. Great parking at the Hotel with security and can ride the trolley on the cornor downtown or to the Zoo. My Grandson loved the pool. Great Stay. A few blocks to I-10 which was nice. Plan to stay again next trip there!
Overall - decent. We needed to check in early due to an early morning appointment that required prep. I called the office a few times requesting early check in and was told to keep calling back to see if a room is ready. Which is fine. Called back and got a male manager who was very rude. “Check in is 4pm!” Didn’t want to listen to my situation. But decided I wasn’t going to let him ruin my stay.
