This is not free parking or free breakfast. They overcharged me after I checked out for my 2nd room for parking. Also, the TV never worked the 3 nights we were there. They said they would send someone to fix it but they never did. She said she would take off a parking charge because of the TV, but they didn't. Instead they charged more. This is robbery. Do not stay here. I wish we wouldn't have. :(
the front desk lady terryal rogers was very friendly & very helpful might 1 night stay was very easy with her help will be booking again only because of her.
Great hotel! Found it thru Priceline and it was worth the money. Front desk was fast and nice. Shoutout to Kiwanda for being a sweetheart

The location is excellent just outside of the French Quarter, but with the streetcar at the doorstep it takes 5 minutes to get there. The reception staff (Terryal and Keywanda) were helpful with checking us in early and calling us cabs when needed. We booked through Expedia and there is a discrepancy with what is stated on Expedia versus the suite we got. E.g. I booked the junior suite and my confirmation states the bedroom is a seperate room from the lounge, however this was not the case with the room we got. Had this been ... read more
