Just look how he responds to people and respond on here shows his ignorance, dishonesty and incompetence.
First of all, very bad customer service. There was an issue and miscommunication when booking our room. My boyfriend booked a room for me and my 3 children and was charged a certain price. The next morning I walked over to the front desk to ask for toiletries and the manager came at me aggressively. Yelling at me and telling me that the price that was charged was wrong. Worst ever!
READ THIS! The owner denied me and my pregnant girlfriend at 12pm at night after booked a room online because he claimed my service animal card didn’t look real bc the photo was too good. He has a registered service license and was told I’m an idiot so we had to find new room after traveling all day. Disgusting place and disgusting human.
