Very quiet area just off I-20. Always clean and friendly staff. I always stay there when I'm in Longview on business.
!!!Be very careful when booking online. When choosing rooms it may change your location even after you have entered your zip code and chose your location. This happened to me and I called immediately. After being on the phone for an hour and half, the front desk lady advised me to call back and speak with the manager Sam in hopes he would reimburse me. She was very helpful and sweet. Sam was not and refused to reimburse me so I ended up having to to pay 2 separate bookings to Quality Inn totaling about $600 for 2 nights. Aug... read more
Location was great for my work. I would like to know where the people live that give the great reviews for this hotel. I had some points so I booked this hotel because of the great reviews. After looking at the room and bathroom I packed my things and left. NO WAY.. would not sleep there. It needs remodeling and cleaning.
Alonzo is the best at the front desk !!! I became a regular here for work , and I rather stay in here than any other over priced hotels around , super friendly staff ,And clean facilities !
