Well the curtains has mold on them also the air conditioner has mold. No hot water in the morning. The lady at the desk is rude. They was low on food. With the price they charge, we will never stay here again. Especially when you're platinum customer letting them know you be checking out a little after 11am they think they can charge you and be rude when you tell them, we can check out at 1pm when you are a platinum customer.
We arrived to check in and there was a sign saying call front desk and someone will come help us. I called using the phone they had on counter about 10 times for about 15 mins and finally a lady came. This lady could not properly speak and seemed to be on something. If it was medical issued to her then she shouldn't work customer service. Could not understand a word she said by slurring. There was black mold, stains all over bedding and just run down. Very convenient for Casino and AC worked.
