We booked room here for 2N, checked inn at 7pm and the ac in the room wasn’t working when called to front desk a guy showed up said he fixed it and left. But the it was still the same thermostat has 79f inside and when called again the guy started being rude and said if you dont like checkout !! And disconnected the call !! Front desk guy need some manners fr ! Not worth your time and money
Multiple truck got broken into in this parking lot late at night including mine. When I told the front desk they seemed genuinely surprised and they pulled camera footage for me so, it doesn’t seem like it a regular thing. The room was great for the price and the staff were nice… if you stay here don’t leave anything valuable in your car
He venido varias veces a este hotel y le falta mucho mantenimiento. En esta ocasión la cama estaba llena de pelo de alguien más. Pedimos cambio de sábanas a la persona de el escritorio y se molestó. Por la mañana llovió y entró mucha agua por la ventana cerrada. La verdad no volveré a venir. Era cliente de aquí pero están dejando caer este lugar. La alberca y gym estaban fuera de servicio.
POOL DOES NOT WORK. This place smelled like mold everywhere. Pool and hot tubs were "out of order" and closed as of 06/12/ 26. Breakfast did not have any protein. Just waffles, cereal and toast. Very disappointed with my stay here. I would not recommend.
