Absolutely horrible and staff full of scammers. My wife and I booked a room there with them for a few days and it was the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. For one, when we first arrived the room they gave us had an AC leak and bugs! The sheets were also stained and dirty. They moved us to another room that was equally horrible. The hot water or heat didn’t work. Roaches everywhere! The hotel staff didn’t even attempt to clean our room at least once! We were there for 4 days. We've stayed there a few times. The last few times we were we there, we were "greeted" at the desk by an older guy. He is without a doubt the rudest, most unpleasant people I've ever met. Sometimes he will just ignore you and pretend he didn't hear what you said. This weekend took the cake. Their elevator was out. I asked how we were supposed to get all of our things up there.
