Worse front desk and management I have ever dealt with. Took an hour to check in at 1am. So not due to being busy. The room was prepaid. Charged me and additional $155.01. When questioned they said they refunded it. However the recharged my card. Spoke with Rhema the manager she stated system glitch. That would be 1 charge but not 2. Was told Nick the manager would be in before we checked out and given a time by Jessica. He never showed up. Was told he would be in in Monday. He is not . I had to call corperate . Your experience at this hotel will depend entirely on which room you get. The first room I was given was on the first floor, facing the parking lot and the bright/loud gas station. I could hear so much outside noise and the stomping of feet above me. The room itself smelled very dank as well. Definitely not worth paying any amount of money for. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and bed was comfy. Walls are PAPER thin. You can hear everything. I mean everything. They also play music out of a speaker in the front of the hotel, so if your room is facing the entrance, you hear it. If you want a good, quiet night of sleep, this isn’t the place you want to stay.
Shower was great. The bed was good however when we’re eating breakfast, there’s ROACHES crawling around so lol don’t stay here.
I don't fully understand how this is a two star hotel? I have only stayed in Hiltons for the past 40 years and this is cleaner than any of the Hiltons. You can tell it has a top notch manager, and that is management team and their staff is fully aware of the customers, their convenience, and safety. I think I caught a quick glimpse of the manager when I first arrived, I imagine that he is like the fictional hotel manager Monsieur Gustave H.
