I travel for work all over the country and this is by far the worst front desk and management experience I have ever had l travel with my dogs everywhere I go and my female dog went into heat while I was here on first day the next morning l was called and told I had to leave because of the spot bleeding that she was doing l had asked for extra towels to lay down easy to wash I was told I would get a refund for the rest of the paid days still waiting BE WARE CHOOSING THIS LOCATION The rooms are very loud to outside noise
Check for bed bugs i had to be moved putting in a HEADS UP!!!! What you see is not always what you get
This is nicer than the Quality Inn by the airport. There is a waffle house nearby
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good and offered several options. Staff was friendly and parking was great. Will definitely be back. Only issue was bed was hard.
