First thing I noticed I wasn't able to open my room the door was very difficult to open like it would always be jammed. When I walked into the room I noticed a terrible smell of smoke, I saw a bug crawling on the pillow, and about three other dead bugs on the floor near the bed. The balcony was soo dirty and bad it was not even safe to breath the air! Literally. The front desk associate was very very nice and polite, he was very friendly and helpful. No problems room was clean and quiet
The rooms are spacious. The downside is there are a lack of working outlets and not in convenient spots. There isn’t a chair in the room at all. Great table space though. Great space for the vanity area. The showers have great pressure and the water gets really hot. The front desk is super nice and eager to help. It’s got a nice glass stovetop with a lock feature in the kitchenette. There are no dishes or cookware so bring your own.
Roaches, dirty, key card wasn't working, room service woke us up really early and later when we left they didn't come back to clean.
