The place was terrible! There were a few roaches in the room we stayed at, and the bath tub and toilet were dirty. The Continental breakfast was falsely advertised just like everything else there. There were fruit flies flying around the juice dispenser, the front automatic doors going into the main lobby where you check in were wide open and were not working. The rooms and everything outside the building’s were in terrible shape with a ton of water damage. Everything looked run down, so do not waste your time or money.

Pathetic experience. We stayed for one night - bed sheets were stained, bathroom door was broken, breakfast was horrible - no milk, unhygienic breakfast area, no egg, no brown bread, absolutely no basic items. Misleading based on the pictures/ads on the website. Seems there had been multiple reviews shared earlier as well. It was my bad that I didn’t check the reviews and went ahead based on what was shared during the call (phone reservation). Location was good.

The second night I asked to switch rooms, and the second room was just as bad. There were even cigarette ashes on the bed sheets. Not only were the rooms disgusting but they asked for my card even though we had booked through a 3rd party. I confirmed with them on check in and check out that my card would not be charged. It was charged. I have a called many times an either not ... read more

If you are able to budget a little more on a hotel, I’d recommend doing that. The gentleman that checked me in was very kind and polite, however SAID my room number out loud which is a HUGE safety issue. Good thing nobody else was in the lobby. We originally booked for 2 nights but after night one I decided to check out. This hotel is in a weird location, it looks like they have long term stays living in their hotel. I was not able to access the fitness room. Keys wouldn’t open. I was disappointed in that. I also had to let ... read more
